Build questions by information type
Price: Combien ça coûte ? / Quel est le tarif ?
Availability: Est-ce qu’il reste des places ?
Conditions: Quelles sont les conditions ?
Timing: Combien de temps cela prend-il ?
Location: Où est-ce que cela se trouve ?
Procedure: Comment faut-il procéder ?

Do not ask questions just to fill time
Each question should reduce uncertainty. If you already know the answer, move to the next useful piece of information.
Practise with a six-question routine
For any advertisement or service situation, ask yourself: quoi, combien, quand, où, comment, conditions. Then adapt the wording to the situation.
