TCF Canada Speaking

TCF Canada Speaking Task 1: Directed Interview

Practise concise answers and interaction for the first part of TCF Canada oral expression.

For a directed interview, practise responding to questions about familiar information without turning every answer into a memorised paragraph. The goal is clear, relevant communication.

Build answer flexibility

Prepare themes rather than scripts: where you live, your routine, interests, work or studies, preferences and plans. For each theme, practise one short answer, one developed answer and one follow-up question you can ask back when appropriate.

Keep building your French.
